The case of the Minnesota DWI arrest in a motorized chair has arguably become the most famous recent drunk driving arrest in MN. It is famous because of the oddity of the whole thing, and the hype over the chair being sold on ebay.

But the real question should be a case like that truly warrants a DWI charge in the first place.
